Phil and Shannon Williams have 4 children and live in the Cowichan Valley on Vancouver Island. Phil works as an airline pilot with WestJet Airlines and Shannon as a substitute teacher. Together they enjoy outdoor adventure and oceanside living. They are looking forward to supporting the staff as they welcome guests to Broken Islands Lodge.
